Materials:
We use only the best quality aluminium which makes the Rad Guard very light without compromising strength.

Fabrication:
With quality, Safety and Strength in mind, Rad Guard's are built with a fabricated frame and mounting brackets. The expanded mesh is forced inside the frame at the beginning of the welding process with non toxic rubber inserts that can't be seen. This eliminates any vibration noises. Once the Rad Guard has finished going through all the build procedures, they become a one piece item that is very easy to fit.

Fitting:
All Rad Guards are bolted to existing mounting points on the bike. Extra stainless steel bolts, nuts & washers are supplied if required. Every Rad Guard comes with its own "Easy to Read" instructions.

Warranty:
All Rad Guard's come with a Full 3 Year warranty.

Safety & Testing:
All New models of Rad Guard's are stringently tested before being released into the market place. Safety & Air flow being our Number 1 priority. Once fitted, the Rad Guard will also protect the core from crushing on side impacts. This can accur simply by the bike falling off the stand.
