Australian Customers.

* Express - to your door (1-3 days) $9.90 (These will be left at the door if there's no one home)

* Aust Post (4-8 days) $4.40

* COD ((4-8 days) $13.90

Note: We can ship up to 3 items in one box for no extra cost. Each item after that will be $3.50 each.

 

International Customers

* Economy Air Mail (7-21 working days) AU$25.

* Express International Air (3-7 working days) AU$85.

Note: We can ship up to 3 items in one box for no extra cost. Each item after that will be AU$10 each for Economy Air Mail or AU$25 for Express International Air.

 

Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address. Parcels which are returned to us as undeliverable will incur a re-dispatch fee. Freight charges paid for the original dispatch are not refundable.

Your parcel will be delivered by Australia Post or Australian Air Express during normal working hours.

All International customer orders are sent by Air Mail.

Australia Post and Air Mail customers will receive a card in the mail letting them know that there is a parcel to be picked up at there local Post Office or Postal Service.

Australian Air Express customers (Australia only) will have there parcel delivered to there door. The goods must be signed for. If a signature can not be obtained at the time of delivery, a card will be left informing you of how to collect your parcel during normal business hours. Parcels will be held by each of the delivery services for their maximum hold time. However, should you not respond to their respective calling cards and the parcel is returned to us as unclaimed, further freight charges will be payable for re-dispatch. Freight charges paid for the original dispatch are not refundable.

At Rad Guard, we take pride & care when packing all our internet, phone and mail orders. Sometimes accidents or errors happen. Notification of faulty, damaged or missing products can be reported to our customer service Department. Should your parcel contain a damaged or faulty item, Rad Guard will provide instructions on how to return goods in an appropriate manner. Return Policy

Rad Guard replaces any goods that arrive at there destination faulty or damaged. Notification of faulty or damaged products must be received by our Customer Service Department.
