Once you fit a Rad Guard, there's No vibrations, No rubbing, No toxic smell coming from plastic or rubber frames melting and sticking to the radiator core, No more problems with side impacts, No bugs, stones or any other road debrie imbedded in the radiator core and best of all, No more holes.

Materials:
We use only the best quality aluminium which makes the Rad Guard very light without compromising strength. All Rad Guards come with non toxic foam backing to stop any vibrations. 

Fabrication:
With quality, Safety and Strength in mind, Rad Guard's are built with a fabricated frame and mounting brackets. The expanded mesh is forced inside the frame at the beginning of the welding process with non toxic rubber inserts that can't be seen. This eliminates any vibration noises. Once the Rad Guard has finished going through all the build procedures, it becomes a one piece item that is very easy to attach.

Fitting:
All Rad Guards are bolted to existing mounting points on the bike. Extra stainless steel bolts, nuts & washers are supplied if required. Every Rad Guard comes out with its own "Easy to Read" instructions.

Warranty:
All Rad Guard's come with a Full 3 Year warranty. This warranty is passed on if the bike is sold.

Safety & Testing:
All New models of Rad Guard's are stringently tested before being released into the market place. Safety & Air flow being our Number 1 priority. Once fitted, the Rad Guard will also protect the core from crushing on side impacts which can be cause by the bike simply falling off the stand.
